Description:
The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past...bridged two irreconcilable worlds...faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust...and all for a love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth. Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for—and their love—forever.
"The photographer was able to read both 'Hush, Hush' and 'Crescendo' before he did the photo shoot [for those], but I was really behind with this third book, so he didn't get the chance," she said. "So I was just giving him ideas. I said, 'Well, a lot of the story does take place right on the coast in Maine,' and so I think that's where he got the idea for doing this ocean scene."

How romantic is this cover! I’m so glad to see Patch and Nora together.  The first book still has my favorite cover, but this one is so beautiful The first two covers in this series are so lovely, definitely hard acts to follow.  This one is too realistic for me, compared to the drama of the other two, but still a nice cover.

The previous cover left me gobsmacked with how gorgeous it was.  This one is very pretty too, but can’t capture the same magic of book one. I agree with Abigail, though that may just be my preference for curly hair.  This cover has a much cooler tone, and the tattoo doesn’t have as much oomph as the previous color.  Still very nice, though.

Description:
Some humans can see the fae. McKenzie Lewis can track them, reading the shadows they leave behind. But some shadows lead to danger. Others lead to lies. A Houston college student trying to finish her degree, McKenzie has been working for the fae king for years, tracking vicious rebels who would claim the Realm. Her job isn’t her only secret. For just as long, sh...more

Isn’t it gorgeous?! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better cover. The artist, Gene Mollica, captured McKenzie perfectly. I love her serious expression, I love how her hair is blowing in the wind, and the sword id pretty kick-ass, too. :-) My other favorite part: the magical, swirly background. If you look closely, you can see mountains in the mix, and since McKenzie tracks fae by reading the shadows, I like to think that’s what’s happening here. A fae just fissured out and this is what McKenzie sees.-Sandy Williams

Somebody hit this cover with the pretty stick. Hard. Gene always does great work, but this one is excellent. Love the sword and the magic lifting her hair…and her butt! I love this one!  I’ll bet the red on the sword looks even better in person, and I want those jeans.  Or maybe I just want to look like her in those jeans…

How did he manage to make this cover look wet?  Oh right, he’s cover master Dan Dos Santos.  It is beautiful, but I think the naked chic is going to be a but much for people.  I definitely won’t be reading it in public. Wow, freak me out.  This cover is sinuous and threatening and gorgeous!  Just goes to show, it’s definitely not the size of the blade that counts, this lady looks threatening as all get out with just her dainty blade.

Here ‘He’ is again.  Seriously this guy is on every 3rd PNR cover I see.  The pose here is odd as is his expression. Oh man, why did I criticize the wrasslin’ posture when this one is so much worse?  Give this guy a tan and a t-shirt and it could be an episode of Jersey Shore, all flexing and vacant expressions.

The best in the series.  The colors and weathered quality work nicely.  And there is an earnestness in his expression that I really like. The cover model totally carries this cover with his expression, Abigail hit the nail on the head with that observation.  Giving him a shirt was a good move, as well, supporting his sexy nice-guy look.

People either lover or hate these covers.  I think they are super cute and I love all the little details that you pick up the longer you look at it like the squid boarder. I’m usually a lover, but I’m not a fan of this one.  I feel like these girls would have picked their outfits and postures more carefully if they knew they’d be on the cover.  While I’m sure it’s “true to story”, this vignette just doesn’t take advantage of how colorful and fun these covers can be.

This reminded me of the Persephone Alcmedi series. The covers are very similar.  Same publisher, so It could be the same artist.  I do like it though. They kept trying to use the purple and silver palette for the new Georgina Kincaid covers, but it works much better for superheroes than it does for a succubus.
