For giveaway providers/sponsors:

• Giveaways should be sent to the winner directly from the provider/sponsor
• Giveaways will run for 7 days unless the provider/sponsor requests longer/shorter
• Provider/sponsor will be contacted by All Things Urban Fantasy when the giveaway ends with the address of the winner(s)
• Giveaways will be promoted via the sidebar up to 300x250px for the duration of the giveaway and on Twitter via @Abigail_ATUF
• Giveaways may include but are not limited to books, gift cards, swag, and services of interest to book or paranormal fans

For giveaway entrants:

• Entrants must be 13 years or older to enter a giveaway on All Things Urban Fantasy
• Winner(s) will be chosen by Random.org via Rafflecopter.com
• Winner(s) will be announced on All Things Urban Fantasy and contacted via email if they win (event giveaway winners not be emailed)
• Personal information will never be sold or shared
• We reserve the right to end a giveaway early without notice
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant as we see fit

Accepted book genres:

• Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Dark Fantasy, Paranormal YA, Contemporary Fantasy, basically any book with paranormal elements excluding erotica.
• We do occasionally review books outside those genres if we think they will appeal to our readers (e.g. Dystopian, Steampunk).
• We primarily review books, but if you have a product/service etc. that would appeal to book lovers or paranormal fans, then we would love to review it.

Formats:

• Digital galleys/ARCs. Our preferred method of receiving e-galleys is through NetGalley, where we are a listed Review Organization Accepting NetGalley Titles.
• Bound books
• Audio books
• We DO NOT accept self published titles in any format.  See our post on why.

Review timeframe:

• ARCs/galleys – Usually during the week prior to the publication date.
• Due to time constraints, we are NOT currently accepting requests for already released titles

Review includes:

• A link to buy from The Book Depository and Amazon.com (ATUF is an affiliate of both).
• Cover Image & Book Description.
• Excerpt links (when available).
• Book trailer (when available).
• Book details: publisher, date published, ISBN, cover artist (when available).
• Links to other site reviews (when available)
