My favorite creature would be a dragon. I've read several dragon books and I always seem to enjoy the dragon's personality and mannerisms.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a favourite mythological creature. I love them all, but I do have a bit of a soft spot for the phoenix, because of all of the gorgeous symbolism surrounding it.
ReplyDeleteMy fave mythological creature is a unicorn. When I was little my fave movies were Legend and the Last Unicorn. I would watch them over and over.

ReplyDeleteGargoyles! I love them... somehow they are cute yet fierce and protective. I even have a tattoo of one on my back... he "watches my back" for me.

ReplyDeleteI think I'd also go with the dragon because originally they protected females. Then someone changed things up and made them nasty women killers ;). I'm okay with it but I'll always look at them as beautiful, intelligent and strong guardians.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure vampires fall under mythical creatures so I'll have to say unicorns. I've loved them as a kid and after watching the movie Legend...they're magical and beautiful and still one of my favorites!
